I am a first-time swim/spa owner and could not be happier with our choice of PDC. I went with a local PA company and their service and support, as well as, the spa itself, have been wonderful. I heard lots of horror stories about poor service after purchase and ongoing issues. We experienced none of those with regard to PDC or the reseller Daniels Lawn and Garden Center - both companies have been excellent to work with.

We absolutely LOVE our PDC seasons!!!! The first thing you notice is the craftsmanship of the hot tub, so well put together and high quality. Our entire family has been able to use this, and we look forward to years of enjoyment.

Our PDC Baja15 Splash Spa continues to deliver family fun, vitality and relaxation all year round. We are so pleased that we chose this particular model due to its versatility, quality and PDC’s reputation for outstanding customer service. It is truly the perfect alternative to a pool, the care and maintenance are minimal and best of all we get to enjoy it all four seasons. Thank you PDC!

I chose the PDC sqim spa and hot tub combo as my life long unit to flush mount in our trex decking. It is beautiful and works fantastic and keeps me in shape at 71. I researched the other two top swim spas in the US and found that PDC warranty and longvterm service recordscwere superior to all others in my option and offered many luxury features that others did not. It is a beautiful unit with waterwalls and multi color lighting. PDC isca must see and consideration for your swim spa and hot tub needs I rate it a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely love this swim Spa! Fit so nicely in my backyard versus what I would have had to do with a full size pool. So much more efficient. Love the swim current. Maintenance is very reasonable. Everything I was looking for in a neat little package.

My husband and I purchased the Summit Swimspa and I am over the moon with excitement about this product. This company is extremely wonderful. They really care about the satisfaction of their customers!!! Keith in service was extremely helpful in problem solving. He really took the time to explain to me what the problem was. It really wasn’t a problem as much as my ignorance about the Swimspa. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It is hard to find a company with integrity and care for their customers.

We love our PDC 15' splash swim spa!! We had originally hoped to build a small pool on our property on the Trent River but the cost and approvals needed to build on the river became overwhelming and we decided to go with the PDC Splash spa, which was a great decision. We can use the spa year round and the maintenance is a breeze. We can lounge in the spa or use it for exercise or as a plunge pool since it's enormous! We've had pools and hot tubs in the past but this is our first swim spa and I'm sold on PDC and the 15' Splash!

We are so happy with our Sx219s Swim Spa. The quality and appearance of the spa is excellent. It arrived by truck all the way from PA without a scratch on it. We were delayed in getting it installed and asked for assistance in startup. Tim Bulski the PDC spa representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting our swim spa going. He went the extra mile in helping us. He was very responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with. If you are in the market for a swim spa I highly recommend PDC and Tim. So rare to find such a quality product and excellent customer service.

From the start of the spa discussion to the ordering process, and to the final installation date, everything was extremely easy and professional. The spa is amazing and well worth the price and experience. Amy and the sales team were excellent to work with and Adam and the install crew were prompt, professional and willing to work above and beyond even in the cold weather. We highly recommend PDC to anyone looking for a great spa.

First, I am thankful to own both a natural gas fireplace and PDC spa, purchased from Heritage Fireplace and Spa in Vincennes, IN. I would do both again. Their products, sales, service and communication is better than any I have purchased from other places. 10 stars on a 5 star scale. I can't say enough about the quality and support they have given me. BUY HERE!! Second, the PDC Fiji that I bought is the absolute best to buy. I waited to post this review because every spa is the best when you get it. This spa has 115 jets backed up by 13.5 horse power. The 35 year tub warranty is unparcelled with anything I have found. The tub was flawless when received and after our family of 12, including kids and grandkids has been through it, it is still flawless. The horse power could be to much for some people, but with controls on each jet, everyone gets what they like. It is the most sturdy and powerful one I have seen, let alone used, in my life. I have owned three spas, but none compare to this quality. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with the product I bought. Not only buy from Heritage, BUY PDC Spas. Again, 10 stars on a 5 star scale. Ordered, built, delivered on time, and BUILT IN AMERICA!!

Let’s be clear - PDC spas has a world class product in their Premium Denali hot tub. It’s just beautifully built, the Tuscan/Willow Brn color design is just gorgeous. And now to the best part…the installation and sales team and owner: Fairmont Pools & Spas was “world class”. From the second I walked into Greg Plivelich building to the day he installed it…it was fun, easy going, informative and done with expertise. To be able to buy local is great…but to have such “world class” setvixe by Greg and his team was just unexpected…we are forever thankful for the product and service we received. Truly, Ed and Tanya Easton….and from the many who will also enjoy this great hot tub…

The PDC BAJA15 Splash Spa is absolutely the best investment I have ever made. It provides me and my family with the perfect combination of a fitness spa and hot tub. From the low maintenance to extending my swim season throughout the year, there really is no better choice.

Have the twilight hot tub. Our first hot tub. It has been great after learning about the chemical setup and regular maintenance. So, far a great experience. I have called PDC twice, not for issues but guidance. Both times immediate response and extremely helpful.. Really appreciated for a novice. Outstanding customer service. I made my husband take me to the showroom so I could sit in different spas. We decided on the Bali spa. It had plenty of shoulder and leg room if we had more than the two of us in the spa. Laurel Mountain Spas delivered and installed it. Everyone involved with the selection and installation were very helpful. We've been using it a couple time a week for the last 3 months and just love it. At high speed the jets are strong to get the kinks out, and at low speed they provide a gentle massage. My husband is a mechanical engineer, and he was very happy with the construction of the spa. We'd highly recommend the PDC brand!

We have had our 17' PDC Swim Spa for three years and enjoy it very much. We started having a problem with our GFCI tripping. When I called PDC Customer Service they immediately connected me with a technician, Keith, who guided me through several tests. He stayed in touch with me, sent me parts under warranty to alleviate the problem, and made himself available until everything was corrected. Great service !

After much research, I decided on the Biscayne model. The spa has plenty of power, is comfortable, has excellent filtration and many nice features. We did experience an issue with the control panel not working intermittently, but that was quickly resolved by our dealer, Spaulding Pool and Spa, who promptly ordered and replaced it with a new control panel. There are two improvements I would recommend. The air bubbler has so much force it is uncomfortable to use; and the spa is difficult to get in and out of compared to other spas I have owned. Overall I am very happy with the spa and the dealer.

I purchased a 19 foot swim spa/hot tub last year. I used it extensively last year, but this year I started having problems with one of the hot tub motors and the control panel for the swim spa. I contacted Jaime, who put me in touch with Joe. He replaced both parts and the swim spa/hot tub is working well. I would highly recommend buying from PDC Spas for the quality of their equipment; moreover, their outstanding personnel that back their products.

To say that the purchase of our PDC spa was one of our best decisions ever would be an understatement. I have waited exactly 1 year to write my review so I could be 100% honest, so here it is. We ordered our spa in January of 2021 and took delivery in March of 2022. Yes, it was a long wait but we were told upfront what the wait time to expect was. I was assured by my dealer and Jaime at PDC (so amazing) it would be well worth the wait and it sure was! We purchased the Biscayne and couldn't be happier. it honestly has changed our lives as far as being able to relax after a long days work or just sitting under the stars on a moon lit night. Additionally, the quality and customer service are second to none. We did a lot of research before we purchased our spa and I can say without a doubt that we made the right choice. If you are on the fence, don't relay. Invest in your home, family and yourself and purchase a PDC spa.

We love our Hot Tub. It is so relaxing after working all day. We have used it almost everyday, since it was installed, and look forward to getting home each day, for our "Hot Tub Dates". The installers set it up in a short amount of time and we have not had any problems or issues with it. Thank you PDC Spas for a great experience.
