Cash Back Rebate applies to all NEW orders submitted to the PC Spas Factory from May 11, – June 8, 2026. The completed ( top portion) Cash Back Rebate Form must accompany the NEW order, at time of order. Completed Cash Back Rebate Form must match the sales order, with customer name and install address. PDC Spas will submit the Cash Back Rebate check once confirmation of install is submitted. To qualify, all order deliveries must be completed before August 10, 2026. Can not be combined with any other PDC Spas offer and may not apply at special events, ex. fairs. Only available at participating retailers, not applicable at Family Leisure locations. Contact the factory for more details. *Customer is responsible to submit the rebate form to PDC Spas upon installation of the unit. Your rebate check will be remitted within 4-6 weeks upon completed form receipt.
